Takes time to get used to but helpful for neck issues
This is a very firm pillow at first and it was uncomfortable the first night. After that it became more comfortable. I have severe cervical stenosis and find this pillow to be very helpful to sleep with. I may even take it when I travel.

Good Support But Still Softer
I needed a pillow that gave support without feeling like I am lying on something too hard. This one has the cooling feature with the proper "softer support".

Grows on you
I honestly wasn't thrilled when I first got these and lamented the inability to return and get a refund. Found them too stiff, a tad small, and didn't like the two ridges along the edges. That said, this is my go-to pillow now. It's just right in terms of support for a side sleeper. My fave.
