Love the neck support and the fact that they are firm.

My wife and I purchased two of the TEMPUR-Cloud® Hybrid + Cooling Pillows, and we absolutely love them. The hybrid design provides excellent neck support while still feeling soft and comfortable. As both side and stomach sleepers, finding a pillow that works well in multiple sleeping positions has always been a challenge, but this pillow has exceeded our expectations. I honestly wasn't thrilled when I first got these and lamented the inability to return and get a refund. Found them too stiff, a tad small, and didn't like the two ridges along the edges. That said, this is my go-to pillow now. It's just right in terms of support for a side sleeper. My fave.

I usually need two and three pillows to feel comfortable with this pillow one pillow satisfies all. It’s like my neck and head sinks deep in this pillow and my sleep is so sound. I barely turn at night anymore. Speaking from a wild sleeper. I truly love this pillow.

This is more firm than I would have liked but I gave it a chance anyway. I definitely feel the difference in significantly improved neck pain.

I replaced an older tempurpedic pillow with this new one, worried about how it would feel. It has been a great experience with the new version of the King size pillow both in comfort an dthe support it provides from my neck as a side sleeper.
