The new ones I got are great, but not to replace the one I got 20 years ago, it is still great! I think it did a lot to protect my posture over the years.

I’ve heard of these pillows but I never fully understood them until ChatGPT recommended getting one. I have compressed neck vertebrae with narrowing of the nerve canals and bone spurs that push on my spinal cord. I uploaded a picture of my neck MRI to ChatGPt (AI tool) and it recommended a few pillows with the TEMPUR Neck as #1 for me. This pillow works so incredibly well! It helps decompress my neck vertebrae giving me restful sleep and it relieves my chronic neck pain when I rest.

Best decision I have made . The only mistake I made was not getting the large instead of the medium. Shoulder and neck pain are gone . I will buy the large size soon.
